This story eschews the “models are best seen and not heard” joke to give the reader a more in-depth (almost voyeuristic) look at the chaotic events preluding Max’s contemporary life as a happy exhibitionist.

If you are watching Max on youtube, or instagram then you are probably a fan. In which case, you will enjoy this short story of his teen years. It is candid and relatable. To see him now, you have to be curious about how he developed into this adorable, irrisistable personality. There have been some criticisms here about the writing, but I do not get them. It is well written. My ONLY complaint, is that I would love for it to have had pictures of him during the period the book covers. But why whine about it. I really enjoyed this small foray into his coming of age story. Nothing to overthink here.It is still shocking to me that even at his age generation, someone with his charisma and looks and wit, would have had as hard a time as anyone else does during the coming out and accepting oneself stage of being gay.

I wish this didn't feel like my life. A honest portrayal of growing up gay in Florida. Some tales are too close for comfort
I couldn't put it down after purchasing your i-Book. Had to throw an all-nighter to finish it. Enjoyed all the teenage shenanigans & mischief stories intertwined with your sexual identity frustrations. Looking forward to Part-2 (The College Years), Part-3 (Your Travels Abroad) & Part-4 (Male Modeling/U-Tube,etc) I hope? Keep up the good fight Max for 'ALL' of us!
